- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow a systematic process when working with new concrete customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently. Beginning with an initial consultation, I discuss project requirements and goals. A site visit follows, allowing me to assess the project area and identify potential challenges. Based on this assessment, I provide a detailed proposal tailored to their specific needs, fostering clear communication and collaborative planning throughout. With a focus on quality execution and regular updates, I ensure the project aligns with the client's vision. Final inspection and approval are conducted to guarantee satisfaction, followed by ongoing post-project support. This approach aims to exceed expectations and build lasting client relationships.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up my father owned a concrete company and I spent many summers until I graduated high school working with him and his team of guys. Once I graduated high school I went full time and learned the trade to the best of my ability until covid hit. I then decided for a change of trade and went to work for a company where I expanded my skills in land excavation and grading. In 2022 came back to the concrete world and continued to grow my skills and network to where I am today with my own business and focusing on doing great work.

We have worked with many different customers. We are always open to finding the best solution for a customer that works for their budget.
