I had scheduled a furniture delivery with Jonathan for a specific date after confirming three times over the course of a few days with him. I even asked him if everything was okay the night before and he confirmed that it was. He cancelled on me last minute at 10 AM when the job was for 3 PM of that same day. I even told him I would give him more money to rent a Uhaul since he stated his truck was broken and I already arranged the date with the furniture seller. No answer to anything. I had to notify the sellers and lose my furniture after months of hunting for it. Very disappointing

Jai was right on time and checked in an hour beforehand. He brought his own truck which made my life so much easier! Him and his team helped me move two very heavy items from storage. They were in good spirits and got the job done. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future assistance!

I would definitely use Jai again. He kept in contact with me up until the day before. He was on time and came to work. The whole time he was cleaning out the basement he made sure to inform me if something would be extra like any electronics or paint cans. He’s very professional and would definitely use him again.
