- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to anyone who is serving in the Military. As well as Policeman, Corrections Officers, Fireman, and Sheriffs Officers. Other than that our prices are pretty comparable to other remodeling companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with a potential customer and listening to them about what they would like to do, we set up an appointment for a free estimate. Then we look at what they want done and talk to them more thoroughly about what they want done and the process. After the appointment we figure out how much the materials and labor would be for the job. We then type up an estimate and send the estimate to the potential customer via e-mail. We follow up with a phone call to discuss the estimate with the potential customer and answer any questions they may have. If we are hired to do the job we then type up a contract for the new customer to sign. We take a down payment and after the check clears we start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, continuing education is important in any profession. There are always new products that come out in the market place. We try to stay ahead of the competition by keeping abreast of all we can. Green products are a great way in this day and age to help with the environment and keep pollutants out of our world. We do offer green products to our consumers who wish to go green.
