The event was a holiday sit-down dinner for 53, with a hors d'oeuvre manned buffet table, wine bar, dessert buffet table and three served courses. Mary worked with me on planning the menu, and was responsible for hiring capable free-lance servers and kitchen helpers. The food was all wonderful, and Mary stayed within budget range. She and her crew efficiently cleaned up afterward, and I was pleased and relieved that there was no drama and all went smoothly. Most importantly the guests were very impressed. I highly recommend Mary McLaughlin.
