- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $65. If the scope of work can be clearly identified we will propose a fixed price. We ask for 50% of the cost up front. The remaining 50% is due when the full scope of work is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the customer to understand their business or organization and goals. We outline a solution, cost and timeline. We design a unique look and feel for the website based on modern design principles, our client's goals and the target audience. Our design work is guaranteed. If the client is less than happy with our concept we will offer revisions to reach a final approved design. We develop the website to be fast-loading and mobile-friendly. We build all the required features and implement all initial content to build out the complete website. We test, polish and launch the website. We remain readily available to field any questions or technical issues that may arise.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As with many other services, the least expensive is not necessarily the best option. A reliable, responsive individual is suggested in order to meet your online goals. The best results happen when you and your provider work together as a team. Before you pay anything, your Web Designer should welcome your questions and help you understand what's required to meet your goals.
