- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard hourly rates for pre-construction and management services such as Project Manager, Estimator, Inspection Services if all you need is pre construction services. Bulk rate hourly packages are available such as 10, 20 or 40 hour blocks of professional service hour bundles. Additional site visits, and printing services fees may exist.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to be involved as early as possible to provide assistance and guidance in project scope and development if applicable. We meet usually on site to evaluate the current conditions, discuss the desired outcome, and talk about our process and expected timeline. We then draft initial concept drawings, specifications, code and permit requirement analysis, and extensive estimates in order to provide accurate estimates and quotes. We also are experienced in receiving complete construction drawings, and acting as a general contractor, or providing construction management and fast track services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 Years Experience, Graduated with honors from UAF with an Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Occupational Health and Safety Technician Certification, and studied in CAD and Emergency Management. Certified with OSHA 30, CPR/1st Aid, Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead, Steel Tank Institute- Above-ground Tank Inspector # AST-990458. Lead Safe Renovator # R-I-43639-15-01175 EXP 11-20.
