Introduction: The first of many reasons is our equipment is top notch and we literally went out of our way to buy the best equipment money can buy. The second reason is US! We didn't get into the event industry because we were shy, unfriendly people. We love being in the crowd! We're two professionals in our early 30's and go out of our way to bring an extra level of entertainment and fun to your event. The most rewarding part of our job is the praise we get from the guests at your event at the end of the night. I contacted LCA Photo Booths after another photo booth company I used through Groupon stopped contacting me - a week before my event! I filled out the contact form on the LCA website and within 30 minutes, Doug called me. We had everything scheduled within 10 minutes and he emailed me the invoice. AMAZING! I booked LCA for my neighborhood holiday celebration, which was outside and filled with families and for four hours, Doug and his team fulfilled all our holiday wishes! They were amazing with everyone and all our neighbors had such a fun time. They are still talking about it and have asked when we can book them again! I also schedule all the parties for my company, and I will definitely call LCA again. THANK YOU!!

Recently worked with Doug and Ron for a corporate party and I am so glad that I chose LCA Photo Booths. They are very attentive before and during your event and can personalize the photo strips your guests receive as well. The setup was great and you could fit a ton of people in the shot since it isn't a traditional "booth". We were able to incorporate our own backdrop, too. Everyone was raving about the photos and the props. Would recommend highly -- Can't wait to work with them again on some other events!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and to the point. Most likely if you are reading this you received a heavily discounted price from what we normally charge. We use Thumbtack to fill dates that we still have open.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a quick questionnaire with the client over the phone to gather important information on the event. We are all about making your event one of a kind and unique and I truly enjoy creating a new photo strip for every event we do. After the call I email the client a two page service agreement, reserve the date and we are good to go!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 32 year old graduate of Kutztown University. I work in corporate sales for a Fortune 200 company and bring that level of professionalism to LCA Photo Booths. LCA is my baby and I treat the company like one of my children. Give me a chance to show you how far out of the way I go for my clients. This is my passion and you will see it in the work I deliver to each and every event.
