- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and to the point. Most likely if you are reading this you received a heavily discounted price from what we normally charge. We use Thumbtack to fill dates that we still have open.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a quick questionnaire with the client over the phone to gather important information on the event. We are all about making your event one of a kind and unique and I truly enjoy creating a new photo strip for every event we do. After the call I email the client a two page service agreement, reserve the date and we are good to go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 32 year old graduate of Kutztown University. I work in corporate sales for a Fortune 200 company and bring that level of professionalism to LCA Photo Booths. LCA is my baby and I treat the company like one of my children. Give me a chance to show you how far out of the way I go for my clients. This is my passion and you will see it in the work I deliver to each and every event.
