- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is all-inclusive. Everything from travel, set-up, tear down, music, lights, MC service, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, I will obtain details as to what my client is looking for and what services I can provide for them. I will then send out a simple 2-page service agreement and upon receiving back the signed portion of the agreement along with a $100 deposit, their date is set. Next I will arrange a one-on-one consultation to discuss further the details of the event. I provide all of my clients with an itinerary based on our discussion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
100% hands on experience along with a strong passion for music and the ability to read a crowd.
