Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday is from 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m., with basic signing agent fee for up to 30 miles.
My specialty is reverse mortgages. Prior to becoming a notary, I was a loan officer and was required to attend all borrower closings with signing agents to field all questions loan papers. I also specialize in HECM reverse mortgages, with extensive knowledge of application, counseling, appraisal, title work and processing to closings, as well as have additional experiences in foreclosures and short sales.
I have 8+ years experience as a reverse mortgage loan officer for major banks, including: Reverse Mortgage Foundations from Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corp., CA; Bank of America, SC; and MetLife Bank, NJ. I also have additional required bank trainings: Fair lending, money laundering, code of ethics and information protection and privacy.
