- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price includes a professional DJ/MC, wireless microphones for announcements and special moments, personalized consultation and event planning, as well as basic dance floor lighting to help create a fun and engaging atmosphere for your celebration. Please note that sales tax and any applicable travel fees are not included in the base price and may apply depending on the event location. We are proud to offer special discounts for military members and nonprofit organizations. Please inquire for details and eligibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary consultation to get to know our clients and learn more about their vision for their event. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences, and overall expectations so we can recommend the package and services that best fit your needs and budget. Once we’ve found the perfect package, securing your date is simple. A signed agreement and a 35% deposit will officially reserve your event date on our calendar. After booking, we’ll send you a detailed planning checklist to help gather all the important information about your celebration. As your event approaches, your assigned talent will schedule a planning meeting to review the checklist with you, discuss timelines, music selections, special moments, and any final details. This personalized planning process helps ensure that everything is organized and that your big day runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJs bring many years of hands-on experience performing at weddings, corporate events, school functions, private parties, and other special occasions. Through years of entertaining diverse audiences, they have developed the skills necessary to read a crowd, manage event timelines, coordinate with vendors, and create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. In addition to their performance experience, our team regularly works with couples and event hosts throughout the planning process, helping to coordinate music selections, special moments, announcements, and event logistics. This real-world experience has allowed us to successfully perform at hundreds of celebrations while delivering a professional, organized, and personalized entertainment experience.
