- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price includes DJ, MC, and basic disco lighting. Not included is tax and potential travel fee. We offer discounts for military and non-profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation where we get to know a bit more about our potential clients. We talk about what the client has in mind then find the best package or service to fit their needs. Once we settle on the perfect quote, the client secures their date with a 30% deposit. We then send over a checklist about the details of your event, then our talent hosts a meeting where they will go over the worksheet in detail to make sure your big day is seamless.
