FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat hourly rate with no hidden fees. Need multiple jobs done in one visit? I will bundle and prioritize to save you time and money. Seniors, veterans, and repeat customers get a 10% discount,, because loyalty and service matter. Need materials picked up? Just ask. I'll give you a fair rate for the run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple. Clear. Hassle-free. Quick Chat: I start by listening to what you need, asking the right questions, and making sure I fully understand the job. Fair Estimate: You'll get honest pricing and a clear plan. No fluff, no surprise charges. Show Up & Handle It: I arrive on time, tools ready, and get straight to work. I don’t waste time and I don’t cut corners. Walkthrough & Wrap-Up: When the job’s done, I walk through it with you to make sure everything’s just how you want it. If anything’s off, I fix it. You call, I show up. Simple as that..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been hands on in the trades for over a decade, learning the right way,, on the job, from real pros. I’ve worked under master carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, picking up skills that books can’t teach. I also stay sharp with safety courses and trade workshops to keep my work clean, efficient, and up to code. Every project’s taught me something new, and that experience shows in the quality of my work.
