Introduction: Fitness for me is an avenue that holds many possibilities akin to mental and physical health and needless to say, I take it very seriously. I have been modeling and promoting fitness regimes for over 20 years.My expertise include designing and implementing individually based training programs but this is not all that I do; I am an expert at executing diet plans in accordance to workouts so that my clients derive the maximum benefit from an exercise regime. My specialty lies in handling specific problems such as obesity and injuries and I have been known to be successful in managing these issues with clients. I love helping people reach and even surpass their health and fitness. For me being a Personalized health and Fitness coach is more than my choosen career it's my passion. I truly enjoy being in thelives of my client's journey to becoming healthy

I will be doing MRT with Alex Young two years this August. It is the best fitness program I have ever been a part of in my entire life. Alex is a wonderful personal trainer. He is so knowledgeable and inspiring. Each MRT session is 30 minutes long. I do three of these sessions every week. The exercises are never the same. By the end of the thirty minutes, I get a total body workout including cardio and toning exercises. I look forward to each MRT session. I have never gotten bored with this program. I am stronger now than I have ever been. I feel good every day and have tons of energy. I could not be where I am today without Alex and his MRT sessions. Another plus about the MRT Program is that I have never gotten injured. Alex knows my capabilities and modifies exercises to fit my capabilities and limitations. I have gotten injured working out with other personal trainers. I had to stop working out for periods of time because of the injuries. That has never happened with Alex. So if you are looking to get in the best shape of your life, please give Alex and MRT a try. You will not be sorry! Alex is always full of energy (even at 5am) He introduces new and challenging moves every day and changes up the routine to hit all of the muscle groups. Highly recommend Alex!

Alexander Young is a truly excellent trainer. He is a perfect combination of tough and warm. He works with the whole person mentally, emotionally, and physical. His efforts have made me stronger and more flexible. I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. I recommend him without reservation.

Working with Young Forever Fitness and Nutrition Center has been a very positive experience for me! The instructors are great and always very motivating so it makes me look forward to my workouts. If you are looking for a place to work out where you can get results, I would definitely recommend them!
