- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call or text, i will ask you a series of questions about your hair and your goal prior to coming in. Once you come for your appointment, we well do a consultation. Consider taking photo examples of what you want when you come to your appointment, but it’s not always necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cosmetology licensed. Attended Empire Beauty School and transferred to Venus Beauty Academy to finish. Certifications with brazilian blowout, hotheads hair & academy pro extensions, AVEDA hair color certified. I have attended many color, styling & cutting classes by celebrity stylists and take classes yearly to stay current on trends and techniques.
