Charles was professional friendly and his work was OUTSTANDING. He listen to our needs and was able to work with existing garage opener. I would absolutely recommend Charles from R&S Garage doors.

Took a little while to get the door parts since they come from Canada. Jeff was very punctual and profrssional. Either he or Charles were prompt in answering any questions and concerns I had. The wrong door parts were sent at first (company's fault), but I was not left with an incomplete door or uncovered garage entrance. I was kept in the loop as to when the correct parts would arrive, and when they did, the job was finished that morning. Courteous and professional. They actually came on the day of the appointment which is rare with contractors in this area (NorthEastern PA). Most leave you hanging as if they fell off the earth, but not R&S. Would recommend and use them again!
