They just never got back to me. They came to look at the issue I had in early June and said they would get back to me in 3-5 days with a proposal. 2 weeks later I called and they told me to give them the weekend. It is now a full month later and never heard back. Going with another general contracting company but super disappointed.

Hi Anna, We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed. After our site visit, we explained by phone that the repair would be extensive and costly, likely involving excavation and HVAC work. At that time, you told us the project sounded too expensive and chose not to move forward, so we didn’t send a written quote. While we understand things may have gotten crossed, we did visit your property, assess the issue, and communicated our findings with transparency. We didn’t receive any follow-up messages after that call, so we assumed you had decided to go another route.
