Introduction: Unlike other riding stables, King's View Acres programs are designed by a licensed PA teacher with 30 years of experience with horses. Lessons are specifically designed to systematically allow students to progress. Our school horses have been selected with the same educational principles in mind.
I love watching students grow in partnership with their horses. As that partnership develops the children also develop confidence, assertiveness, leadership and problem-solving skills. I had wonderful instructors as I was growing up and I want o give back to the next generation.

This lady is an amazing horse person. Ellen not only can read the horse she knows what the owner needs.
Ellen has helped me with my confidence in riding and trusting my new horse.
I board my horse at Kings View because I know she will be getting the best personal care she could.
I never worry about her being out in bad weather she always has plenty of hay and water, Ellen changed blankets all winter I never had to ask her to do anything, Ellen even fly sprays her and puts swat in her ears.
Ellen is always involved in my horses care from the farrier to the chiropractor.
Kings View Acres is the most peaceful family oriented barn I have ever been to.
Having Abby here has been such a positive experience for us both. I can not thin k of anything Ellen could do to improve Abby's life.

I have been a student of Ellen Heckert for 1 1/2 years. She is a kind, enthusiastic, encouraging and patient instructor. She has a thorough background in dressage training which she then clearly communicates to her students, building their confidence. I feel very fortunate to work with her and look forward to each lesson.
