Dave at Future Communications is awesome. He set up three different home theaters (living, den and master BR areas), whole home audio, and home automation (including security, lights, etc.) in my home. My house was built in 1930, so installation of all of the wiring behind the plaster walls was a challenge, especially since I wanted everything hidden and blended, but Dave got it all done. I needed the work done in stages, and Dave was very accommodating. He helped me determine what equipment I needed, where it should go, what security company I should go with, and possibilities and limitations. He even incorporated some equipment I already had on hand. I've since engaged him for other jobs, expanding on what was already done. His rates are very reasonable, and he's very personable. Plus, he's been very helpful and responsive when I've run into programming and other minor issues. I've already recommended his services to others, and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend using this company for all your security needs, in home or for your business. Dave handles all issues large and small in a friendly and professional manner. He installed cameras in my retail store, that gave the exact coverage that I needed. He also installed entire audio system throughout the store, so that every dept could be adjusted to the desired volume according to each area's individual requirements. He installed a big screen TV so I could monitor all activity throughout the store, as well as remote viewing from home! I couldn't have expected any better anywhere. And reasonably priced. I truly couldn't be happier with the service received and quality of product.

David was great!! I had been chasing a different A/V company around for weeks, with nothing but frustration .... non-returned phone calls, etc. I finally gave up and submitted a Thumbtack Job Request. David responded almost immediately and after finding out that my house was on his way home from the job he was currently working on, he agreed to stop by THAT NIGHT!! He emailed a bid later that same evening.
Most importantly .... the work (wall mounting TVs, installing brackets and wireless cable) all turned out perfectly. The one hiccup we did have involved a mantle that the previous owner had cheaply installed that was accidently knocked loose. He reglued the mantle making it actually more secure than it was before he started.
I would strongly recommend David for any A/V needs!
