- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you receive your quote, we usually start with a quick phone call to go over your event details and answer any questions. From there, we can continue planning by email, phone, video call, or even meet in person if needed. As your event approaches, we’ll check in to confirm the timeline, music preferences, and any special requests so everything is clearly planned. On the day of your event, we arrive early to set up, coordinate with venue staff, and review any last-minute details with you to make sure everything runs smoothly.
