Dan is awesome, he can accommodate a last minute appointment and work with my odd schedule. He has fair prices and will take a look at anything and give you his honest opinion on the urgency of repair as well as whether or not he can do it for you. I trust his judgement because he has already done some good work for me: fixed a fridge leak, repaired an exterior outlet housing and serviced my Trane HVAC unit. There are loads more he can do so he is officially my new 'maintenance man'. He does lawncare also.
