I had a flood in my basement and the company arrived 15 mins early. They removed everything from the basement all in 1 day. The price was very reasonable and the workers were also polite. Would definitely use this company again.

I don't know about the company but the workers they sent to do the job was terrible. The job was not completed. the supervisor of the job explained how the cleanout was going to be done and it was agreed by the owner. but he personally directed his work crew to not complete the cleaning job. The job was left half done. The supervisor name was Dave, from Milbren Enterprise. He also quoted one prize to me which was 900. dollars but in the middle of the job he stated that I would have to pay 1000. because he had to do more work. but he was paid the 1000. dollars and did not do the complete cleaning. He also gave me a receipt for only 900. dollar's when he was given 1000. dollar's. I am sure he kept the 100. for himself. The job was not completed and I was charged more than was agreed upon. he did not have hired workers. He seem to have picked up random guys from the street to do the work. Be careful with this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. the business was done underhanded. Don't trust them, they may have a license to do work but it is still a scam. They may be able to improve their future by firing the supervisor Dave and hiring some real workers who are interested in the job and not in stealing from the clients and the job. Honesty the best policy. Try to practice that.

I’m sorry that you were not satisfied with the service we provided. Unfortunately, we did the best that we could do considering the unsafe conditions of the property. We did offer to put a floor down so our crew could safely remove some of the items you requested but you were not interested. We did complete the demolition and remove everything else as agreed plus more. As you continue to fix your property you will see that we gave you quality work at a great price. I will send you an updated receipt and if you need our assistance in the future we are here to help!
