I liked the team. They were professional and kind. I'm not sure they are the floor specialist they claim to be. They were up front about the carpet job. I accepted they really didn't know what they were doing there. However the flooring was their expertise, and I would not say they were the experts in that either. I attached pictures to show the expert job. They did clean up and sweep my space. Again very polite and kind gentlemen.

I think the one with the overlap is the tile lifted up. if you push it down and put something heavy enough on it to stay down and stick permenantly. Again I apologize for any inconvenience and we will be happy to fix the tiles.
