Tatiana did an awesome job and was very flexible by providing partial cleaning services (bathrooms and vacuuming only) versus whole-house, which most services were encouraging. She provided references, was punctual, efficient, reasonably priced, and very friendly. Every phone call and email was answered immediately or returned promptly. She completed what I needed in just under an hour, which was great, especially with the family home at the same time! After she completed everything, she asked if there was anything else I wanted her to cover and encouraged me to review her work. I was initially unsure of how things would go without using a "formal" name-brand agency (as this was my first paid home-cleaning experience), but I was very pleasantly surprised and am very excited for her to continue services for us.
