Introduction: New Building, same location for July 2015. Check out the first picture of our new building!!! I am proud to have earned one of the best degrees you can have! As a certified trainer and graduate from the National Personal Training Institute, I have many training techniques and other qualifications that help me work with any body type out there. There's no online certification here. I have received a hands-on degree with real clients. This allows me to offer a variety of training, such as personal and couple training, youth, sport endurance, mommy and me, group, etc. I am also a certified flip fitness instructor as well as kettlebell and suspension certified. As a professional female trainer my clients enjoy that everything can be modified to fit their needs. It's about making your progress into a healthy and better lifestyle. I am one trainer, with one client and one goal! Schedule your free consultation today!

Stephanie brings a great sense of energy and inspiration to a session. She is extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel like family when interacting with her. She keeps things very real and approachable, and that is quite refreshing. Highly, highly recommended.

By the end of my consultation I knew I wanted to work with Stephanie. She explains everything and is such a positive, fun person to work with! My workouts are fun and she mixes things up so nothing is really repetitive. She is extremely supportive and she is an awesome motivator! I would suggest hiring Stephanie to anyone :)

I am very happy with my trainer. She is very friendly and I enjoy my gym session with her. She assigns home work to do workouts in her absence and keeps track of them. I recommend her if you are looking for a personnel trainer.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common types of jobs that I have done for my clients are fat loss and muscle building. Most clients come to me with goals of losing a certain amount of pounds or want to gain muscle and strength. Minor changes can be made to tweak someone's body type to really define there figure and get those muscles to form and stand out. This is the same for fat loss in what training is needed. Not all training is drastic! It is all in how your training is applied and done correctly. Without proper training clients will get results in certain areas but might not be exactly what they are looking or going for.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important for anyone looking to hire a personal or group trainer to do some research. Just because a trainer has bold colors and a cool name doesn't make them have the knowledge needed. First thing is to request a consultation. This is where you can get the bulk of information on a trainer with no commitment. Make sure to ask where the got there degree or certification. There are many certifications out there some are great with high credentials and others not so much. Hands on degrees are great! They give the trainer real people to work with not just pen and paper work. Look for insurance. Make sure that the trainer has proper coverage and is able to share there insurance holder. This gives more reassurance in training with someone who is covered incase of an injury. If a trainer is not insured with coverage of training clients, then I would highly advise not to take on there service. This goes for trainers who are not certified or have a degree. Just because you go to the gym a lot and workout all the time doesn't give you the right to train someone.
