- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $85 an hour, but every job is different so the price if figured on your particular requirements and limitations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do a site visit to determine the physical limitation of your home. We go over a wish list of items desired and then prepare a Proposal or a quick quote. Once accepted, we require a down payment deposit and then start ordering the equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend the necessary education for the latest trends and newest technologies to make sure that all of your needs, both present and future, are considered. Our expertise extends far beyond the newest products. Installation and all that goes on behind the scenes is what enables our systems to improve your quality of life.
