- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Event is different based on the amount of time that will be involved
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a time to touch base over the phone and go over some basic information. Then I like to meet with clients in person to fill out our reception planning guide and get the planning process started. If you decide to book me after our initial meeting, I require a 50% down payment. And then will be paid the other 50% at the wedding.
