I have had Jim help me with computer hardware issues (especially viruses). I welcome Jim in my home, he is very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and helpful in a pinch. We attend the same church and have known him for several years, so I am very comfortable recommending his services. I am pretty computer saavy and he is who I turn to when I can't figure things out. He has helped me several times and sold me some computers as well that have worked out beautifully. I especially appreciate that even though I know he is smarter than me, he didn't make me feel dumb. He did an excellent job explaining to me the things he did.
