- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are quite honest with our prices. No 30-50% discounts. Why would I jack the price up and than take half off? I guarantee we will beat or match any real and legal roofing competer's price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically call to make an appointment. When I arrive, I'll introduce my self and then we go over what the customer would like done. I then give a quote and answer any questions they may have. After that, the customer can finish obtaining other quotes. If a 2nd visit is wanted, I'm glad to stop over again. No problem. I am not a pressure type salesman. The customer is welcome to as much time needed to make a choice.
