I did not find this guy very professional. We hired him for our hardwood floor. Did clean floor removed all furniture from there so that he can sand and refinish. He called up same day and said he is running late and should be there soon. So fixed time was 10 am this guy did not show up and did not pick my call time 2 pm. I am a real customer my number is 484 648 1820.Anyone can call to speak with me directly.I live in King Of Prussia PA

I tried to make contact with the homeowner but no reply and she lied about who she was and didn't offer a fair amount to do a little job even a fair timeline. Didn't even go there so how do u know me

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fiberglass is 1.50 square foot and the Spray foam is a dollar an inch depending on the scope of the work
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we have to upgrade our certification exam on the spray foam, and learn different types of ways we could get a better idea of what is needed for each job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's been a family business so since I was 8 I would help my brother and father finish up jobs on the weekends and after that I always wanted to do it for the sake of my own business and the rest is history
