What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on whether this will be an ongoing client, a group, a one-time session, class, or presentation. There are many options, and I'm happy to find a way to work with anyone interested in improving their health. I discount packages of 5 hours or more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a Free Consultation as a chance for potential new clients to get to know me, as well as for me to learn about them. Figuring out first where we want to go, setting realistic goals, we can map out a plan for success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NFPT certified Personal Trainer since 2007. I have been certified as a Group Fitness instructor since 2005, E-RYT 200, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Holistic Life Coach and Reiki Master 💚
