Okay, I Love this woman, she is very professional but with a heart, she is carring and willing to listen to all sides of a story. She has helped me through very difficult times. Still after almost three year she calls in to see how I am doing. Thank you Michele for being a great friend and a wonderful coach

I offer online only, hybrid, package and per session fees. Something for everyone. Free support groups for clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly - I hold advanced certificates and enjoy diving into learning.. the mind is so expansive I am also sought to speak and present at industry conferences and I am a faculty member of BodyMind Institute.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Teens and preteens who are struggling at school & women who have held on to trauma that follow them into their daily life; both of these examples often have physical issues attached like aches, pain, weight issues, etc.
