After our first experience with TAs, we were considering not using one for our WDW trip last year. We are glad that we went with Dana instead. She had deals available that weren't public. She was also either available (very quick turnaround time on emails) or had a co-worker lined up to help when she knew she would be unavailable. We plan on using her again very soon.

I want to do a HUGE shout out and thank you to Dana for helping us plan our recent Disney World trip. She was amazing and made critical (well, critical in our mind) dining reservations and fast pass reservations when the rest of the world was sleeping (once at 5am and the other at midnight). You made great recommendations for traveling with a 4 year old and helped us save money where we could. She also made the cutest autograph book specifically for my daughter including characters she KNEW we'd see b/c of our dining reservations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DANA for future trips there.
