Introduction: Many studios offer class packages or group classes, which may work for some couples, but in my experience people want to learn the basics in the quickest, easiest way possible, and so I try and do that and make it fun at the same time. I love getting to see people in love all the time. I also adore dance, and it brings me great joy to know that i'm helping couples learn to dance not just for their wedding, but for life as well.

Rubi is the best! My Dad and I decided to surprise ALL my friends and family (including my now husband) by doing a choreographed dance. It was a huge hit and lots of fun! Rubi was patient and talented, and we had a great time learning the moves. I highly recommend her if you're feeling uncomfortable about the first dance or want to do something special!

We loved working with Rubi. She was easy to work with and after just one lesson we felt more confident. After the 2nd lesson we looked even better and now look forward to our 3rd and final lesson. Most importantly we had a great time I would consider taking more lessons after the wedding.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love to take dance classes as often as I can.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Two of my friends were getting married in the same year and they both asked me to teach them and their fiances how to dance for the wedding because they didn't know how...so I decided that other couples might want the same services! The business started very organically and has grown naturally mostly by word of mouth.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Read reviews of instructors and studios online before committing to anything. If you don't want 5 classes, don't sign up for 5 classes because there are other options out there. A little research can provide options that you may not have thought of!
