- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined based on a per project basis. I do have a baseline hourly rate, but many times it is most efficient to quote by project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation - phone, in person, SKYPE or ZOOM - we connect so as to establish a connection and a mutual understanding of our businesses. A Creative Brief will be provided for you to complete so that there will be a complete understanding of your expectations and requirements for content, focus, and timeline. Once we review the Creative Brief together, a proposal will be presented to you with details about what I will provide, pricing and a timeline. Then the work begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from New York Institute of Technology. AWAI (American Writers & Artists Institute) certifications in Direct Response Copywriting, Web Content Writing & Marketing and numerous other courses.
