- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service so we need to ask questions of the customer as to their needs so we can give them an idea via phone what a service maybe. All services are different to the persons needs. We do not give a stock answer then up a price later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always find out a customers needs, explain our services and how we perform them. We want anyone who calls to feel comfortable with what we do and how we do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone thru classes provided by the IICRC to make sure we know how to do what we do, for a variety of services, and do them correctly. So we know the correct products to use to give the best results.
