He hasn't done the floors as of this time but that isn't his doing. I'm still waiting for contractors to finish. Mr. Sandown was very prompt and very reasonable with their quote.

We really appreciated the work done by this company. They were quick to reply and easy to reach with questions and/or concerns. He explained the process well and did exactly what he said. He made sure everything was done according to everything we asked of them. We had an extensive punt of paint all over the floors and it was no problem for them to make the floors look just like new again.
I would recommend using Mr Sandman Hardwood Floors again. :)
