FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system for our services inasmuch as the services that we provide differs drastically in level of effort required based upon the individual client's needs. We do utilize average pricing for such documents as Business Plans from which to adjust pricing based upon the level of detail that the Thumbtack customer offers within their project description.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We at CBR pride ourselves in personal contact with all of our customers. Since the project descriptions submitted in Thumbtack are often slight in content we offer our phone number for potential customers to contact us after reviewing our quote. With that contact we review further detail about the customer's needs. We also provide the first step of information gathering before the customer makes a final decision to hire us. At that time we present payment plan options based upon the customer and their expressed needs. Because we also are a small business we are able to provide our services at a price that is significantly lower than marketplace competitors. The prices that we display as a quote are always honored regardless of the level of effort that any particular customer takes to complete their project to their satisfaction. We enter all business arrangements assuming that the potential customer is going to require more guidance than they have originally expressed so there are no hidden fees to be presented later by our firm.
