FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to make sure that you're speaking directly with the person who will be working your event. Direct communication helps to keep everyone on the same page. More importantly, it establishes a bond between you and your DJ that is critical to success! Personally, I prefer to correspond with my new clients at least 3 to 4 times after the event is booked, just to make sure that nothing is missed! For example: Has a guest been added to the list, for whom, a particular song or announcement would have a special meaning? Did the client think of a last minute itinerary item that would add that special "something" to the festivities... and end up being the highlight of the celebration? Without communication, it could get overlooked. Ask questions. Be specific about your needs. Every good DJ is more than eager to make your celebration the smashing succes that you envisioned when you started planning it! If you do this, chances are that when the lights go down and party is over, you'll no longer consider your relationship to be that of "Vendor/Client". You'll simply call yourselves friends. Communication is the key!
