Introduction: I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years with experience and knowledge as it relates to one on one personal training. My areas of expertise include the the following: strength, conditioning, and resistance training, general weight loss, mobility/flexibility training, corrective exercise training, speed, agility, and quickness training, Plyometric training, calisthenics training, functional training, cardiovascular training, balance and core training! I have experience working with young athletes, clients with injuries, elderly clients and everyone in between! My main focus and mission as a fitness professional is first ALWAYS make sure my clients are SAFE through proper body mechanic movements while exercising. But also improve their health and fitness, push my clients to accomplish their goals, turn their weaknesses into their strengths, hold them accountable, be supportive, motivate them, while having a positive mindset, and go above and beyond my clients expectations! For first time clients, I’ll set up a time and day for a one hour zoom call that works for both of our schedules. The first half of this zoom call is where I really get to know my clients background, fitness history, injury/ medical history, any limitations or restrictions, diet, day to day activities, their lifestyle, and get a very good understanding of what they are looking to achieve in terms of goals with me as a fitness professional. The second part of the zoom call I’ll do assessments looking for any type of postural concerns,muscle imbalances, strength/ weakness tests, flexibility test, circumference measurements, and check body mass index. For all my clients I put together a monthly unique training program catered to my clients needs and or wants to accomplish realistic short term goals as it’s related to health and fitness! We also establish long term goals “or the big picture” how I put it. I like to take my training approach step by step each month to make sure we are on track to get to that end result! Also each month I will re-evaluate my clients by again doing assessments, strength/ weakness tests, flexibility tests, and check body mass index/ measurements. Along with my training programs include: scheduled weekly checkin’s of my clients training regiment during Saturday’s or Sunday’s. These checkin’s is for me to have an understanding of how my clients are progressing, and a time for my clients to ask any questions they may have! All checkins will be done either through zoom or phone call that typically last 15-20 minutes long. All of my clients will have a online training platform where they can see there workout regiment, exercise videos and more! All my clients have direct contact with me for any questions they might have through via text, phone call or email during my regular business hours of Monday- Friday 7am-7pm. All my one on one clients I will travel to most of Lancaster, Lebanon, Harrisburg, and York counties and clients can also come to me in a 25 mile radius from Elizabethtown, PA. All remote and online clients will be based out for the United States.

I had an amazing experience as Tyler as my personal training coach! Tyler is very well educated, and was very professional! I feel and look much better, and couldn’t ask for a better coach! Highly recommend especially if you want to lose weight, get stronger and tone up!
