- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payroll services are by the job, and depends on how many employees you have, and how often they are paid. Other services are by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial email, it is best to have a quick phone conversation so I can gather all the specific information I need in order to provide the potential client with the most accurate information and price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing payroll for small businesses ... up to 250 employees ... for over twenty years. I have an accounting degree. I've been in my own business since 2004, and have trained my own employees as well as those of my clients, and even my clients. If I think you can save money by doing it yourself, I will train you. I am an efficiency expert, and I can help you to be sure your office and it's staff are running smoothly.
