Introduction: I am a medical/science editor and clinical research coordinator. Previously, I did medical research and worked as a clinical trial coordinator in Infectious Diseases at Temple University. Presently, I work part time as a research coordinator at an otolaryngology practice in Bethlehem, PA. My areas of research included clinical trial studies in antibiotics and anti-fungals, bacterial pathogenesis, microbiology, otolaryngology, infectious diseases, cell physiology, ion transport, lung physiology and mitochondrial diseases. I am a freelance editor for companies dealing with English as Second Language (ESL) in the areas I have researched and in which I have published. This type of editing involves helping authors prepare medical/science manuscripts for publication in American/British/Canadian journals (Western journals). I am also a volunteer instructor for adult ESL students in the Lehigh Valley.
