- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. My advice to customers looking to hire Moving Service Providers. Always be aware of what your movers are doing keep in touch with them; direct them were you want your items to be placed. This speeds up the moving process. Always check movers reviews not for good reviews but bad reviews and question the operator what happened on that particular review. Most of all if your movers keep in contact with you through your process its a plus. Another thing is if the mover owns there own truck by law they can hold your things and this is a big scam going around. If a mover doesn't own the truck then you have all the rights to your goods, especially if the truck is rented by you. This is why we love offering Labor Only services we love having customers trust in us to move their belonging with out the worry of a company holding their belongings.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A. You should ask a few questions but really it depends what you are looking for. Example Questions. You can ask are you licensed and insured? Do you own your own trucks? Do you provide Labor only services? How many jobs have you completed? Ever have any damage on a job? What happened on the review (Month/Day/Year) from (Website)? Where you ever late to a job? You want to ask questions to see for honesty every company has had a bad review, been late to a job, had some kind of damage, don't own there own trucks, or may not be licensed or insured. Honesty is someone running an honest company. If anything bizarre pops out always question it. NEVER! pay an entire move ahead of time if anything pay half up front and half after they unload into your house (this is mostly for long distance moves with there own truck) Any other concerns we can add here message us
