Introduction: I provide life coaching focusing on the whole person, including, the body, mind and spirit. I also provide family counseling and parent counseling. I utilize a balanced approach which is developmental in nature and exploring the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, cognitive and financial realms of human development. My coaching is relationship-based. Assessment tools are used to evaluate health and wellness, personality, life experiences, education and the discovery of gifts and talents for fulfilling a purpose in life.
