The first sign was that he showed up 2 1/2 hours late. He did make a phone call but that should’ve been the first red flag. Don’t get me wrong the quality of his work was very good. However he left in the middle of the job to go do some thing and then he came back. When he originally did the walk-through with me I would’ve thought he had made a list of everything that needed done but he didn’t one of the projects was not on the price list and neither of us noticed it. He came he did the projects but he installed one of the outlets in the wrong place. And then left another one completely off the list. Said he would come back and do it and then never showed up.
I contacted him and he gave me some attitude about how the refrigerator wasn’t on the list and I said well no one said anything about a refrigerator so what are you talking about? And then I didn’t hear from him and so I said hey can you please just come put this outlet in and give me a quote for the thing that I wanted done originally that we both missed on the to do list. And he says well that thing wasn’t on the list so… Basically implying that I was asking him to do it for free which I was not. I had every intention of paying him for the thing that we both forgot to put on the list. So then he sent me a message and said he would be back the next day after work. Again did not show up. I sent another message and said hey this is when I’ll be home and as of right now I haven’t heard from him and it’s been two days.
So between showing up late, having an argument with some girl on the phone while I was working, leaving in the middle of the job and coming back, not finishing the job, not including everything in the list of things to do that I had discussed with him because apparently forgot to write them down, and then giving me attitude about coming back to do them, and they’re not showing up at all and standing me up twice. So now I have to hire someone else and I am extremely disappointed in this young man

You never asked for the refrigerator on the first floor but it was done free of charge you asked for the fridge in the basement that was completed you had your bedroom door locked and closed off it’s not my responsibility to open closed doors in your home 1 item wasn’t on my list or my quote or estimate so it’s not my responsibility to do or come back to do cuz it wasn’t paid for and if your not happy with the job you can get a full refund of the labor work that was done but 100 percent of everything works correctly and u got a free plug on you decided to write me and give me attitude I was no longer gone continue to do business because I’m not here to argue or be disrespected in any manner but I appreciate your feed back
