What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All are customers should know that there property is going to be handled like it’s our own and we will go to any limit to complete a customers task
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect a inventory list of everything being moved then we go over if there are any other services needed for example “packing” or “dis assembly or re assembly” then we offer a customer a hourly rate or a flat rate what ever they prefer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
