- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions! I am not only certified but I also have a 4 year degree in Kinesiology and minors in Health, Nutrition, and Coaching. To be a certified personal trainer is easy. Most take a 3 day course with a test and are certified. To go through what I have and commit my life to being a trainer is very different. With me you will see the difference!
