FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there is more that just the bride & groom in the wedding or if there is any kind of "entrance" I strongly recommend having a wedding REHEARSAL. Though many venues have an on-sight coordinator, I have found that these individuals have a "one size fits all" rehearsal philosophy and are under-trained to conduct a wedding rehearsal. In fact, most venue and "day-of" coordinators have been grateful for the training, ideas and insights they receive from me as I conduct a formal wedding rehearsal. My quoted prices INCLUDE your wedding rehearsal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The usual process is: 1. You post a request with Thumbtack. 2. I submit my credentials, details and quote. 3. If you are interested you contact me and we set up a meeting for a mutual interview. 4. If I consent to do your wedding and you decide to hire me you sign the contract and send a non-refundable $100 deposit. The contract details the 5 things I do in exchange for services fee. 5. Fulfillment of terms of contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's Degree, Pennsylvania (actually, all 50 states and U.S. trust territories) wedding accreditation [not internet non-sense], Over 300 weddings performed, Great reviews, Thumbtack's most prestigious awards.
