My Dad taught me everything I know about construction. It's time for Dad to retire and for me to proudly take on the family business so I can better care for my own family. I know how to do almost anything in the construction world, especially when it comes to Roofing, builting decks and gazebos and builting pole barns/garages! I try my best at doing quality work, and if it's not to your liking then I will work with you to find a solution because I believe if someone pays for something they should get what they paid for and more, so when i can i try to do something extra for the homeowner even if it's as small as hanging up a bird feeder. I contracted Levi and his sons to put a metal roof on my home. A few days before they were to start, Levi showed up with someone I thought was his son, but tuned out to be a friend of his sons. This is when I learned Levi was sub-ing my roof out to someone else.I have many issues with the end result, but after almost a year later, I would be thrilled if they would just get the roof to quit leaking around the chimney. The sub and Levis son have tried to get the leak stopped, but it still leaks.I have been chasing Levi for most past year to get the leak fixed. Wont return my calls or messages.Response:Thats funny, after almost a year you decided its a leaking chimney. Thats the first time thats been mentioned. Did you notice the chimney was rebuilt prior to the new roof? New cap as well? They did an excellent job? I have pictures that may contradict that statement. And if he was honest, I know your sons were puzzled by the way the non-sub sub attempted to fix the leak. I have a picture of the debacle as well. So you nor your boys did the work on the roof, a new crew came in and did the work, you didnt sub it out? Do these guys still work for you?Levi, I never wanted to go this route, but you refused to return my calls or text. You told me you didnt make any money on my roof because you had to pay the non-sub more than you wanted. And lets not forget I asked you if you would rather not do the job because of the large Newton Falls contract. You insisted you wanted the job, I never forced you to take it (how could I) or questioned your quote.I final point, if the water is making its way through the chimney, how did your son manage to reduce it and state he could see where it was leaking from inside the garage?

Hi this is Levi I did not sub it out I was there every day took the materials there i hired these boys because I had my own boys on another job and this man did not want to wait. So I hired more help and got it done. The chimney is leaking through the brick, not through the roof that's why it's still leaking.It's not coming through the roof I'm sorry but I can't help this situation these boys did an awesome job

Very reliable and professional. Dennis and the crew completely replaced my roof in 2 days and were very good and efficient at what they do they cleaned up nicely when they were done and my roof looks great!I will definitely use them again in the future!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I would highly recommend this company. They build a pole building for me and the experience was great from start to finish. Dennis and his crew were very professional, neat and left property clean every night. Great workmanship. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I definitely will use them again for future projects.
