first I like to get a good idea of what they're looking to have accomplished with good comunication being priority this way everyone is happy.

well I have 15 year's on-site training new home construction 5 year's equipment training operation back hoes excavator's large and small skid loaders stump grinder post hole augers and various other types of equipment. 7 year's welding fitting metal fabrication production welding experience. and a dairy Farmer for 17 year's.
