- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial in home consults are two hours in length and $150. For some clients, this is all that is needed for minor behavior issues. For in home basic training and behavior modification, various packages are available to suit your needs. Private consults are available at our training location for a discounted rate of $125 for two hours. Class fees vary depending on the type of class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving your information, you will be contacted via phone or email to discuss your pet's needs. If the client and trainer feel they are a good match, an initial consultation will be arranged either in the pets home or at our training facility. If the dog is coming to a group class, the owner will attend a general orientation night at the first week of class.
